Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of our employees, you our valued customers and your loved ones are always our number one priority.

In line with government guidance, our florist shop door has been closed as of 24th March 2020. The government are encouraging online retailers to continue to trade and therefore we will continue to offer our customers with online orders for those who are able to operate this way.  For your peace of mind, all gifts will continue to be delivered contact-free for the health and safety of our staff and your special people.

Whilst carrying out online deliveries we encourage our employee's to follow guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and the British government and to only accept and deliver orders where they feel it is safe to do so.

We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.
